This software is provided "as-is," without any express or implied
warranty. In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages
arising from the use of this software.
Definitions:
------------
The JavaScript SiteSearch Generator consists of two parts. They are
the "JavaScript search engine source codes" and the "Search index
generator application".

1. "JavaScript search engine source codes" (also only a "source codes")
mean all the source files, documentation and the supplied full-text
search algorithms, that are distributed in the "JavaScript SiteSearch
Generator" package.

2. "Search index generator application" is a support tool, that can be
used to prepare and generate a full-text search index data files.
Permissions:
------------
1. "JavaScript SiteSearch Generator" is distributed as a Shareware.
Anyone may use this product during a test period of 30 days.
Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue
to use this product, you must buy the license and register it.

2. Registered "JavaScript SiteSearch Generator" is identified by the name
of the company or person, that the product purchased, in the title bar
and the "about box" of the application. Registered product can be used
for any purpose, that does not violate this license agreement.

3. The purchased license of "JavaScript SiteSearch Generator" is
applicable to all computers in the company or to all computers that
are a property of a person that purchased the license.

4. By purchasing the license of "JavaScript SiteSearch Generator"
the customer gets a free life-time updates warranty, together with
the "royalty-free license" to use and distribute the supplied
"source codes" as a part of its products.

5. With the purchased "JavaScript SiteSearch Generator" license, you may
modify the names of supplied script files, you may extend the supplied
code, you may even reorganize the files and the code to fit your needs,
as long as you leave the copyright and license information
at the beginning of these scripts. As the provider of an extended
variant of original code, you may also add your copyright and the
license information, as an addition to the original information.
Restrictions:
-------------
1. You may redistribute this software, but the distribution package
must not be modified in ANY WAY. All redistributions of this package
must retain all occurrences of the above copyright notice and web
links that are currently in place (for example, in the about boxes
or documentation).

2. You may not sell the product or its parts, unless you purchased
the "royalty-free license" that entitles you to distribute
the "source codes" as a part of your products.

3. You may not in any way copy, modify, or otherwise manipulate with
those parts of "JavaScript SiteSearch Generator", that identify
the license and registration. The only authorized manipulation
is taking over the properly purchased license informations
(the files or the keys) from the supplier and their installation
(copy) into the defined places.

4. Any such unauthorized use, listed in one of the previous points,
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license
and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
